What are the system requirements for
CompuClean?
The CompuClean software program without your data files takes
approximately 40 megabytes of hard disk space.
Minimum computer requirements are: Microsoft
Windows 2000 operating system 133 MHz Pentium-compatible CPU 64 Megabytes of
RAM 800 x 600 pixel display.
Recommended configuration includes:
Pentium 333 processor 256 megabytes of RAM 1024 x 768 pixel display
CompuClean is not currrently compatible with Microsoft
Windows Vista.
*A PDA (personal digital assistant) and a color printer are nice, but not
necessary to use most of the CompuClean features.
Can I run CompuClean on a network?
Yes, it is possible to run CompuClean on most network
configurations. Simply follow the steps below to place your data on the network.
- Install CompuClean using the default setup.
- Once installation is complete, copy the C:\Program Files\CompuClean6\Data folder to the desired network location.
- Start CompuClean
- From the Data Menu, choose Database Version > Switch Database version
- Browse to the desired database in the Data folder that was copied to the network drive
- Delete the databases out of the original data folder to avoid confusion in the future.
- Repeat the program install and database Switch steps
on all computers that will be sharing the application.

How many computers can I put CompuClean on?
Once you have met the licensing requirements for CompuClean, you
are free to utilize the software on as many workstations as necessary at the
licensed location.
Is CompuClean available for MAC?
CompuClean is currently only compatible with Windows® operating
systems.
What types of PDAs can be used
with CompuClean?
CompuClean supports Personal Digital Assistants and
phones running Windows Mobile 5 or 6. The device must also have a touch
screen to function with CompuClean.
Can I
purchase CompuClean without making a commitment to Spartan Chemical products?
CompuClean is only available
to Spartan Chemical customers and cannot be purchased anywhere else. Click

How do I access the user’s section of the
website?
The user’s section of the website can only be accessed by
licensed CompuClean customers. Your username is the serial number supplied with
your CompuClean installation CD. The default password is compuclean.
