Learn the basics of installing and configuring your CompuClean
software. Topics include installation, initial setup, company configuration,
using the CompuClean interface, building and area audits and related
PDA functionality. Learn the basics of installing.

Session 2: Workloading 101: Build
on the concepts learned in Session 1 to create a detailed and accurate
workload for your facility. Topics include ISSA 447 Cleaning Times,
task creation, adding inventory to tasks, setting up personnel, scheduling
work and workloading reports.

Session 3: KickStarting Quality:
Design a customized quality assurance program. Topics include inspection
list creation, detail codes, scheduling inspections, completing paper
inspections, PDA inspections and quality reports.

Session 4: Inventory Management:
Save time and money by effectively managing inventory. Learn how to
configure inventory management, create and receive orders, and perform
inventory audits.

Session 5: Project Scheduling and Management:
Making sure that project work is completed in a timely manner couldn't
be easier with CompuClean. Topics include creating project tasks, scheduling
projects, tracking completion, managing costs and creating schedules.
(Session 1: Workloading is suggested as a prerequisite).

Track expenses and labor for those unexpected projects. Learn to easily
create Special Request Project work orders, assign employees to special
request projects and report on the labor costs.

Session 7: Capital Equipment: Take
control of Capital Equipment repair and maintenance costs. Learn to
load equipment, set up preventative maintenance schedules, track repair
costs and more.

Session 8: Personnel Tracking: Track
personnel events and manage your most valuable resource effectively.
Learn how to track employee training, disciplinary and other events.
Set up employee data, emergency contacts, work types, available hours

Session 9: Windows Mobile 5 and 6 PDA Setup:
Cover the Windows Mobile PDA setup process in detail. Seminar
will consist of setting up a new Windows Mobile 6 device with CompuClean
PDA.

Session 10: PDA Functionality: Learn
the ins and outs of CompuClean’s PDA functions. This session will
cover all of the features of CompuClean PDA including quality assurance,
capital equipment management, inventory management and personnel event
tracking.
